Nataliya Damyanova

Nataliya Damyanova is a finance expert with more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, business development, group consolidation, audit, project management, and people management. She is a business partner supporting business and trade growth and development. She has two master’s degrees – in International Economic Relations and in Finance and Accounting. She is Fellow member (FCCA) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, London, UK. She  joined NAOS SAS in 2013 and has since then held various positions. She is currently Head of the Group Finance Controlling Department and is in charge of Regional Finance Mangers based in 5 different continents. She is also responsible for actual and prospective management reporting. Her responsibilities include coordination and management of the group consolidation, leading various cross functional strategic group projects, leading the continuous improvement in finance processes and participating in strategic business decisions. Before NAOS Group, she worked  at Kraft Foods (Mondelez) as Manager Finance Controlling for the subsidiary in Bulgaria and before as Finance Manager for L’Oréal Bulgaria for 7 years.
