Alessandro Frulio

Alessandro Frulio (Sassari, 1970) is a Senior professional with over a decade of experience as a Project Manager and Technical-Scientific Manager at the company Athlos, where he oversees the implementation and management of complex multidisciplinary R&D ICT projects. These projects involve coordinating internal and external human and instrumental resources (other companies, research centers, universities).

His experience as a Project Manager, combined with his education (Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Sassari, Bocconi Master in Public Management), has allowed him to develop scientific skills (in the field of AI-based algorithm systems) and managerial skills in handling complex projects.

Dr. Alessandro Frulio has also held public positions as Director of the General Affairs and Communication Sector and the Private Practice at the ASL of Sassari, and as Manager of the Financial Services, Information Systems, and Taxes Department of the Municipality of Porto Torres. Registered with the Ministry of Economic Development and the Lombardy Region as an Innovation Manager, he also performs Project Management and consultancy activities for public administrations and the private sector, focusing on the design and implementation of innovation projects, technological transition, and organizational and managerial simplification.
