JJ Heldt, Director of Sales at Bosch Rexroth, holds an MBA and is an Industrial Engineer. JJ is a German native, having lived and worked in USA, Czech Republic, Hungary and France for numerous years. During a major part of his career, he has worked in procurement in various positions. He is in a leading position of the German Association for Material Management and Logistics (BME).
JJ has trained large parts of the organisation in intercultural aspects and systematic approaches to effectively win negotiations. As a keynote speaker across Europe and abroad he has built up a reputation amongst procurement leaders. He has also performed as an external consultant and has been a co-author of books and articles.
