SAP mission of improving people’s lives and the reputation of the digital innovator is attracting the world leaders, who is looking for the advanced technologies to transform the Government and maximize the social value for their constituents.

Natalia is serving the customers and partners in public sector of the Middle and Eastern Europe by evangelizing the value of digital transformation to make Governments more responsive, adaptable, and transparent; sharing best practice and helping to design the country unique roadmap of projects in this area.

In this role she is meeting the customers across the region, negotiating the value of SAP Portfolio to build the data driven Government, citizen-centric Government, standardize the back office to deliver the best in class public services.

In 2018 Natalia led SAP delegation at WebIT, European IT Festival in Sofia, where SAP demonstrated many solutions for the City at it’s own booth, took part in several panels, presented use cases.
At being a part of SAP Global public sector unit Natalia annually is participating in SCWC in Barcelona with SAP vision of Intelligent City, which includes innovative scenarios as multi-modal transportation, digital prosumers, remote health monitoring etc. She is often taking part in international conferences as CEE E-Government days, Economic Forum in Krynica, Western Balkans Digital Summit.

Natalia is personally driving design thinking workshops with City councils, associated business companies, partners to develop their unique City roadmaps.
Ecosystem is extremely important in public sector development, therefore Natalia is working on the building the partner ecosystem in CIS and CEE countries.
